After initial operation, we test the updated system again. Any work involving software development or upgrade is backed up with a 1-year license that is free of charge to the client.
  • Minimal Downtime. We care about an uninterrupted, smooth run of your company's business and take all measures necessary to make your IT systems work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even during system upgrades. We have extensive experience in updating systems "on the fly" and avoiding downtimes altogether, or minimizing downtime as much as possible.
  • Transparent charging policy. We charge for work in support of IT systems directly, i.e. according to labour needed. We avoid any subscription fees or hidden costs. As our client you will receive an estimate before work on the task is started, which lets you estimate business viability of the job in question.
