Ivelum offers a 1-year warranty for all of its software products, custom-developed software and any modifications in software implemented on a technical support contract. This warranty starts when the client signs the act of completion of the contract..

We guarantee that functionality of software complies with the specifications listed in the contract. We will eliminate any mismatches that happen during exploitation free of charge.

Warranty policies

To initiate a warranty, the client must send a request detailing the problem and a step-by-step procedure or user actions that caused the malfunction. Ivelum will review the request within 3 business days and will take measures to eliminate the malfunction at a time agreed between Client and Developer, usually no later than 10 days after the request is submitted.

Warranty services may be declines in some cases:

• If licensing agreement was violated;
• If the source code and/or libraries or modules were modified by the Client without first notifying Developer.

The following conditions are not considered errors or malfunctions:

• Malfunctions or limitations if the program is run on incompatible hardware. The supported hardware compatibility list is included in the technical documentation for the product;
• Malfunctions from the use of incompatible versions of third-party software (in cases when work of the configured system depends on third-party software). A list of supported versions is included in the technical documentation for the product;
• In cases when functionality fails when a user violates the documented instructions for using the product.
